Not comfortable with sending credit card information?
We understand that some customers remain concerned about sending payment information across the Internet. You can still use the convenience of our on-line ordering without submitting your credit card information. Just be sure to include your phone number so we can call to confirm your order and arrange payment.
What is the return policy on your santons?
We honor a 10 day return policy on all of our santons. If you wish to return a santon to us that you have purchased, then please be sure to call or e-mail us within 7 days of receipt so that we can send you a return authorization. We will credit your original method of payment excluding any applicable delivery charges and a 10% restocking fee. You must receive an authorization before we will accept any item as a return.
How and when will santons be shipped once ordered?
Once ordered, in-stock santons will be shipped Parcel Post or UPS Insured within 48 hours. We require a street address for all orders and cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. Special requests, such as particular colors, may take 4 to 6 weeks. Express shipment is available on request and we will inform you of shipping fees by phone or e-mail.
How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling charges in the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are as follows:
Orders up to $12.90 ----- $6.95
Orders from $12.91 to $125.00 ----- $10.95
Orders from $125.01 to $225.00 ----- $14.95
Orders over $225.00 ----- $17.95
Delivery charges outside the contiguous United States are available upon request.
How do I place an order on-line?
Just browse around the available Santons. When you see one you like, simply select the add to cart button. Continue shopping and adding selections to your cart until you are ready to finalize your order. All selections you have made will be displayed to you before you finalize your order. Once you are ready to check out, you will enter your shipping and billing information (optional). Simply select to submit your order and it will be sent to us electronically.
