CLAIMS POLICY

All claims for either broken or returned merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Broken or Damaged Merchandise

Call UPS or US Postal Service and tell them you received a package in which the contents were damaged. They will need the Tracking Number that can be found on the address label. They will advise you as to the proper procedure to return merchandise. The broken item must be kept in the original shipping carton for the UPS or Postal Inspector. You must follow this procedure for all broken items, even if there is no apparent damage to the shipping carton (concealed damage). If no replacement is available, a credit or refund will be issued to you.

Returned Merchandise and Exchanges

Call or E-mail Simply Treasures to obtain a return authorization number. This must be done within 7 days from the receipt date. This number must be put on the outside of the package. Please return the item(s) to Simply Treasures in the original packing materials and insure the package. Pending inspection, we will credit your original method of payment for the cost of the item less applicable shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Please note that we only accept packages bearing a return authorization number from Simply Treasures. If you are exchanging merchandise for any reason other than a defect or damage, you will be charged for the costs to ship the merchandise to you.
