A basketful of garlic heads in his hand, our peddler is off to market. Garlic is a staple of Provençal cuisine and a tress of garlic is soon used up. While at the market, our peasant has picked up a lovely cauliflower to take home. Santon stands approximately 10.5 inches (25 centimeters) tall.
