Kneading the dough and baking the bread is hard work. We find our overworked baker catching forty winks in the kneading trough. The sacks of flour make quite comfortable pillows and it appears this short nap might be longer than expected. Santon stands approximately 10.5 inches(25 centimeters) tall.
